The Hikvision DS‑3E1310HP‑EI(B) is a smart-managed PoE switch intended for IP video surveillance installations and small to medium-sized professional networks that need more control than an unmanaged basic switch. It features 8 PoE 10/100 Mbps ports to power cameras or other IEEE standards-compliant equipment 802.3af/at/bt and 2 Gigabit uplink ports RJ45 to connect to the main network with higher speed, facilitating integration with recorders and other network devices.
This model offers a total PoE power budget of 110 W, with up to 90 W on the Hi-PoE (1 and 2) ports for higher consumption PTZ cameras and 30 W on the other ports, enough to power several high consumption devices in the same installation. Includes useful network features such as long-range PoE transmission (up to 300 m under specific conditions), PoE Watchdog to detect and reboot unresponsive cameras, port isolation, loop prevention (STP/RSTP) and VLAN support 802.1Q, offering basic traffic management and network security.
In addition to its rugged metal housing and 6 kV overvoltage protection, this switch can be tabletop or wall-mounted and has a maximum power consumption of about 120 W. Its combination of PoE ports, intelligent features and Gigabit links makes it suitable for projects where reliable power and connectivity with simple control functions are needed
